Geordie Shore star Marnie Simpson leaves party days behind as she celebrates birthday

Geordie Shore star, Marnie Simpson celebrated her 31st birthday with a relaxing trip to the spa in Watford with her fiance.

Marnie is engaged to former X Factor contestant, Casey Johnson. The couple share two sons together, Rox born in 2019 and Oax born in 2022. The family live in a large five bedroom home in Bedfordshire.

31-year-old Marnie officially joined the cast of Geordie Shore in 2013 for series seven. She had previously made appearances in the show due to her cousin, Sophie Kasaei starring in the MTV reality television series since the first series in 2011. She left the show in 2018.

Marnie returned to the spin-off reunion series that aired on MTV, Now TV and Paramount+ last year, titled Geordie Shore: The Reunion Series. In the spin-off, we saw a completely different side to Marnie, as she left her wild days of partying behind her, and was ready to give birth to her second child.

Marnie chose to celebrate turning 31 on Tuesday, January 17 with a trip to Watford spa, The Grove with her partner. In a post uploaded to Instagram, the couple were seen to be enjoying smoothies, and chilling beside the indoor pool wrapped in bathrobes. Marnie captioned the post: “Birthday spa day with my love”, alongside a yellow heart emoji,

Friends and fans of Marnie took to the comments to wish her a happy birthday. Fellow Geordie Shore star Bethan Kershaw commented: “happy birthday beautiful angel face.” Chloe Ferry, another Geordie Shore co-star, also left a happy birthday message, while also commenting on Marnie’s recent weight loss.
