Geordie Shore’s Sophie Kasaei confirms relationship with reality star

Geordie Shore star Sophie Kasaei has confirmed her newest relationship with fellow reality TV star.

33-year-old Sophie found fame after joining the original cast of Geordie Shore in series one. She appeared in the show until 2013, when she was axed for using a racial slur. Sophie was allowed to return in 2016 and remained part of the show until 2019. She returned once again for the reunion series, which first aired in September 2022.

In a reel posted to Instagram containing video clips and images of the couple, Sophie confirmed the relationship between herself and The Only Way Is Essex star, Jordan Brook.

She captioned the post: “Just when I was about to give up on love you came into my life and showed me what a true gent and real love is. Thank you for making me the happiest girl in the world. My forever JB I love you. Merry Christmas.”

There has been speculation for a few months whether the pair were dating after being spotted out together, however this is the first confirmation.

During Geordie Shore, Sophie was in a long-term relationship with DJ Joel Corry, who has since sky-rocketed to fame, achieving a number one single Head and Heart featuring MNEK and BRIT nominations.

Celebrity friends of Sophie took to the comments to congratulate the couple on their new relationship. Fellow Geordie Shore star and cousin of Sophie, Marnie Simpson wrote: “Too cute I can’t deal”, while Vicky Pattison wrote: “You guys look so great together”.

Love Island stars, Ellie Brown and Rebecca Gormley who are both from Newcastle also commented on the post.
