I’m a Celebrity hosts Ant and Dec were ‘abused’ by Janice Dickinson, claims all-stars contestant Andy Whyment

The Coronation Street actor said the supermodel ‘blatantly abused’ Ant and Dec.

I’m a Celebrity hosts Ant and Dec were abused by Janice Dickinson, according to campmate Andy Whyment. The Coronation Street star, 42, who plays Kirk Sutherland on the ITV soap, clashed with the former supermodel on the all-stars version of the ITV reality series after a disagreement.

Andy was eliminated from the series, alongside former winner Georgia “Toff” Toffolo, after losing a trial, and he has now spoken about his experience with Dickinson in the jungle. “I’m just a normal down-to-earth guy, and I just don’t like it when people are rude. When Ant and Dec came in early doors, she was talking about what they were wearing and saying, ‘You look terrible’ and it’s like, these are the hosts of the show," Andy told The Sun.

“These are massive stars in the UK, and you’re just blatantly abusing them on national television.” He acknowledged that Janice is a “really, really famous person,” but said it was no excuse for her to be rude as “manners cost nothing.” Andy continued: “I don’t know if it’s for the cameras or something. There were times when she was lying in bed, and then Ant and Dec would come in, and she’d jump up.”

Janice was forced to leave the show after it is believed she fell on a rock and injured herself. Upon her arrival to the show, the 68-year-old mocked Ant and Dec over their ‘prison’ style outfits.

Janice joked: "My boyfriends. I missed you so much. You look younger." Dec replied: "So do you! You have got no idea how excited we are to see you all again." Janice looked them up and down and quipped: "That’s what you wear? You look like you are in prison!" Ant replied: "Thanks, Janice. We are in South Africa. This is like safari wear."

She previously appeared in the Australian jungle in 2007, finishing as a runner-up.
