Queen’s Platinum Jubilee: Kynren returns at 11Arches for royal weekend of shows

Kynren shows will return to commemorate the Queen’s Platinum Jubilee

The epic Kynren will return to its outdoor stage this year in a mega event to honour the Queen's Platinum Jubilee.

Audiences will be taken on a 2,000-year journey through history, myth and legend as they join a young Arthur on his quest.

The Kynren show is promising horsemanship, a cast and crew of 1,000 members and pyrotechnics galore for the special weekend.

Shows will take place on Friday, June 3 and Saturday, June 4 with gates opening at 6:45 pm ahead of the live show at 9:15 pm.

During that time guests will take in lakeside jazz and try a new exclusive dining experience.

On the Saturday, 11Arches will also open its gates for one of the largest Jubilee Street parties in the country.

It’s set to be a big weekend of activities

The afternoon begins with Fina and The Golden Cape; an exciting tale of revenge, ambition, magic and bravery.

Expert equine performances including jousting, trick-riding, vaulting and chariot-racing all combine to make this a uniquely thrilling show.

After the show, the celebrations include live music, a live broadcast of the Platinum Jubilee Concert with open-air dance floor, themed bars and a giant street party.

With a capacity of 2500, it is set to be among the largest jubilee street parties in the country, culminating in a light and fireworks display to mark the Queen’s record-breaking 70-year reign.
