Strictly Come Dancing stars coming to Newcastle on tour confirmed

The Strictly Come Dancing stars coming to Newcastle's Utilita Arena in January next year have been confirmed.

The hit BBC One show's annual tour was announced earlier this year with stops at the Tyneside venue on January 27 and January 28 confirmed.

Strictly fans can now get even more excited as the tour's full cast is announced.

This year's Strictly semi-finalists John Whaite, Johannes Radebe, Rose Ayling-Ellis, Giovanni Pernice, Rhys Stephenson, Nancy Xu, AJ Odudu and Kai Widdrington have all been confirmed.

Fellow contestants Sara Davies, Aljaž Škorjanec, Tilly Ramsay and Nikita Kuzmin will also be travelling.

Max George, who appeared on the show in 2020, will also be coming along in a blast from the not so distant past.

He'll dance with Katya Jones who joins other pros Neil Jones, Amy Dowden, Cameron Lombard, Jake Leigh, Jowita Przystal and Luba Mushtuk on the bill.

Shirley Ballas, Craig Revel Horwood and Bruno Tonioli make up the judging panel and Janette Manrara will host.

Dancers will showcase their best routines in a bid to win the coveted Live Glitterball Trophy at the end of the show.

The judges and live audience combine their votes to decide the winner.

Tickets are on sale now for the Newcastle dates on Thursday, January 27 and Friday, January 28.

Prices start from £43.90 and there's a maximum of eight tickets per person.
