Since moving to Italy from Dinamo Butami in a £7m deal last summer, Kvaratskhelia has scored nine goal and provided 11 assists to help his side move 15 points clear of nearest rivals Inter Milan with 16 games remaining.
Kvaratskhelia has also impressed in European competition after scoring two goals and setting up three to help Napoli come through a Champions League group containing Liverpool, Ajax and Rangers to set up a round-of-16 meeting with last season’s Europe League winners Eintracht Frankfurt.
Kvaratskhelia’s form has reportedly attracted interest from several of European football’s elite clubs - but his agent Mamuka Jugheli has suggested the 22-year-old is solely focused on helping Napoli secure a historic title win and claim a return to the Champions League next season.

There was a slight hint that Newcastle - or any other potential suitor from outside of Serie A - could tempt the Georgian away from the current league leaders at some point in the future after Jugheli stated Napoli were the only Italian club he could see his client playing for during his career.
He added: “Kvara loves Napoli. He loves being there. He told me that in terms of football in Italy, he only sees himself in Naples. He will never play in any other Italian club, apart from Napoli.”
Kvaratskhelia will be back in action on Friday night when Napoli look to take a step closer to the Serie A title with a win at Sassuolo.
