Posting to Instagram, she shared a video of her Bruno carrying their six month old son walking around the pitch with the caption ‘HOME.’

The topic of Bruno’s contract has been a hot one in recent weeks. The 25-year-old’s current deal is until June 2026 but there has been talk of an imminent long-term deal which would extend his stay at the Toon until 2028. The contract extension is likely to be announced at the end of the season.

Ana went one step further with her outpouring of love for Newcastle United, posting again to Instagram with the caption: “We’re in the Champions!!! Happiness, pride, immeasurable admiration for this team and, for you, my love @brunoguimaraes!

“I saw closely the sleepless nights, the anxiety, the hard work, the delivery, the frustrations. In this place we lived the best moments of our lives, and this achievement came to crown the blessing that being here was for our family.

“I love you SO MUCH! I thank God all the time for allowing us to experience all of this. May He continue to strengthen you and guide you along the way. And we both will always be there for you.”

The Brazilian couple were married by proxy earlier this month in their home country ahead of a larger wedding in the summer. Fellow United player and countryman Joelinton will be Bruno’s best man.

And it seems the no.39 had an equal amount of love to show his wife and club, replying to Ana on Instagram: “The feeling is wonderful but it doesn’t compare to living with you every day of life! I luv our family and you know how much I gave myself to this project and thank God we reaped the fruit today.”

Bruno Guimaraes isn’t going anywhere.
