In-form Borussia Dortmund star spurs contract talks with Premier League interest apparent

Borussia Dortmund Julian Brandt looks set to make a move to the Premier League this summer and Newcastle United are one of the clubs touted as a potential destination.

The 26-year-old will have just 12 months left on his contract this year and the German giants have struggled to negotiate with the attacking midfielder on a new deal with the star aware of interest from abroad.

BILD reports that the in-form Bundesliga playmaker is set to reject a new contract at Dortmund despite a £120,000 a week offer and public love from his manager.

The 21-year-old also captains the England under-21 side and 90min report that Eddie Howe and Newcastle are one of multiple suitors who have registered interest in Harwood-Bellis.

The defender is believed to want to stay at the Etihad Stadium but is aware that time in the first team may be hard to come by given the calibre of Pep Guardiola's side, meaning a move elsewhere may be in his best interests.
