Newcastle United players spotted at popular Jesmond restaurant after Champions League qualification

After securing Champions League football on Monday night the Newcastle United players were given a well-deserved day off ahead of their final game of the season against Chelsea on Sunday.

And what better way to spend that day off than with your teammates, prolonging the celebrations?

A group of United players were spotted at Jesmond favourite Brack Burger yesterday enjoying the sun and amazing food.

Part of SOHO Jesmond on Osborne Road, the burger company posted a photo to Facebook of the footballers with the caption: ‘Only one way to end a season...’

Amongst the smiling Mags was Fabian Schar, Jacob Murphy, Sean Longstaff, Paul Dummett, Mark Gillespie Matt Targett, Jamaal Lascelles, Kieran Trippier, Callum Wilson and Elliot Anderson.

And you know what they say, a team that eats together, wins together. Well, I don’t think ‘they’ do say that, but they probably should.
