After fellow X Factor contestant Frankie Cocozza was booted from the competition for breaking show rules, Amelia was brought back and given a second chance to compete, and went on to become third in the show, behind Marcus Collins and Little Mix.
A year after The X Factor, Amelia released her debut single, You Bring Me Joy which peaked at number two on the Official UK Charts.
