Vicky Pattison asks Lewis Capaldi to sing at her wedding

Vicky Pattison revealed on her podcast ‘The Secret To…” that she slid into Lewis Capaldi’s DMs to ask him to sing at her wedding. The former Geordie Shore star, 35, from Newcastle, is set to marry fiancée, Ercan Ramadan, in 2024 and was keen to get Lewis to perform at the ceremony.

Vicky interviewed her fiancé, Ercan, on her podcast last week and her beau was quick to reveal how Vicky got “pied” by the Scottish star to her listeners. Vicky added a clip from the podcast and captioned the clip: “The wedding planning is off to a FANTASTIC start... 😂🥧🤦🏻‍♀️ PIEDDDDDDDDD!!!!!

After Ercan embarrassed Vicky by announcing to the audience that she “slid into Lewis Capaldi’s Dms” she was quick to fill the listeners in on the story. Vicky said: “I reposted something about Lewis Capaldi being really funny and he commented so I wrote back “never change”.

“It was a nice exchange but I assumed it meant more than it did so I was like obviously I’m friends with Lewis Capaldi now. Anyway, then I wrote to him after a few too many glasses of wine: “Mate, what is it going to take to get you singing at my wedding? You can shag all the single bridesmaids you want”.

Despite Ercan thinking it was “a great message”, Vicky went on to reveal: “the worst thing is that Lewis has seen it and not replied”.

Vicky’s followers were quick to support her plea and tagged Lewis Capaldi in their responses. One said: “@lewiscapaldi you should 100% get on this!! 😂” and another added: “@lewiscapaldi help a girl out 😂”.

Despite not bagging a celebrity to sing at her wedding, Vicky has not been put off wedding planning and has been sharing her ambitious ideas on her Instagram. She recently revealed she may have found her perfect wedding venue after weeks spent jetting off to Italy. She announced we have “been blown away on this last trip” to Puglia and asked followers to “keep everything crossed for us so it all works out”.

The pair stayed at the Borgo Egnazia Hotel and dined at Hotel Grotta Palazzese which are both luxury establishments with stunning views so perhaps one of these could be Vicky’s chosen venue. She may not have the perfect wedding singer but the perfect location is within reach.
