The big Carabao Cup final weekend is here and Newcastle United fans will have their overnight bags packed and waiting by the door ahead of a trip to Wembley Stadium.
Over 32,000 Magpies fans will watch the action from the iconic London stadium on Sunday with thousands more expected to be travelling down to the capital to be in and amongst the action.
Millions of eyeballs will also be glued to the screen across the North East on Sunday as Eddie Howe's side bid to win the club's first major piece of silverware since 1955.
Nerves have been jangling all week and will keep on doing so right until the final whistle blows on Sunday afternoon.
The club is blessed by a passionate fanbase who follow the side all across the country. These days, tickets to see a game at St James' Park or in the away ends across the UK are becoming gold dust with the region buying into the new regime under Howe.
