WOR Bella talk by speaker Jane Harker for International Women’s Day
This event will explore the story of heroic WWI Munitionettes who not only selflessly served the war effort on the home front from 1914 to 1918. More specifically, the life of female footballer, and Blyth Spartan’s Ladies’ very own striker Bella Reay.
She also played football to raise money for charity. The footballer scored 133 goals in 30 matches.
