Geordie youngsters rejoice as Peppa Pig prepares to visit Newcastle this summer

One of Britain’s most adored cartoon characters will be making a visit to Newcastle this summer as Peppa Pig prepares to take over the Theatre Royal.
The famous piggy will bring a new live stage show to the iconic venue on Wednesday, August 10 and Thursday, August 11 this year.

Hide AdPeppa will be getting ready for a special day out with George, Mummy Pig and Daddy Pig in what, you might not be surprised to hear, will be “her best day ever”.
The show is set to be a hit with youngsters and features interactive games, as well as songs.
The production is titled Peppa Pig’s Best Day Ever and will see Peppa journey from castles to caves and take on dragons to dinosaurs, before pausing for a spot of ice cream.
Along with Peppa and her family, youngsters will be excited to see characters including Miss Rabbit, Mr Bull, Suzy Sheep and Gerald Giraffe, amongst others.
The show is suitable for those above the age of three years old.
