Scottish singer-songwriter Lewis Capaldi has announced a UK and Ireland tour for 2023. In a video posted to Instagram, Capaldi announced the tour as well as a brand-new album, Broken By Desire To Be Heavenly Sent - which will be released in May 2023.

He will be at Newcastle’s Utilita Arena on Saturday, January 21 2023. This is the first time Capaldi will be performing in the city as Newcastle wasn’t included on his last tour, which started in 2019. Many Newcastle fans of Capaldi travelled to Glasgow or Manchester in order to see the star.
