Newcastle Restaurant Week is back this summer after another successful event in January, with 112 venues slashing prices in the second week of August.
The event, organised by NE1, encourages Geordies to dine out, discover new restaurants and boost the local hospitality businesses.

Every restaurant will be offering a different experience but, in general, businesses offer set menus for either £10, £15 or £20.
Many of those are two or three-course menus, but at some locations, you can get a drink, side and even a game of bowling included.
