Good news as food hygiene ratings handed to four North Tyneside establishments

New food hygiene ratings have been awarded to four of North Tyneside’s establishments, the Food Standards Agency’s website shows – and it’s good news for them all.

New food hygiene ratings have been awarded to four of North Tyneside’s establishments, the Food Standards Agency’s website shows – and it’s good news for them all.

The following ratings have been given to three restaurants, cafes or canteens:

• Rated 5: Little Acorns & Co at Unit 1b, Planet Place, Stephenson Industrial Estate, Killingworth; rated on February 15

• Rated 5: Cafe 32 + Community Kitchen (nursery) at Clock Tower Coffee Shop, Linskill Centre, Linskill Terrace, North Shields; rated on February 12

• Rated 5: Little Lobo at 1 - 5 Countess Avenue, Whitley Bay, Tyne And Wear; rated on February 7

Pubs, bars and nightclubs

And one rating has been handed to a pub, bar or nightclub:
