After getting off to a flying start against Nottingham Forest last weekend in their 2022/23 Premier League campaign, Newcastle United are hoping to keep the momentum going as they travel to Brighton on Saturday.

During the season opener, the Magpies beat the newly promoted team 2-0 at home thanks to strong possession and a special strike from Fabian Schar just before the hour mark to break the tie.

They then secured the win after Callum Wilson scored a second goal just 12 minutes before the final whistle.

But Saturday’s match against Brighton & Hove Albion would be the one to watch after Graham Potter’s side shocked Manchester United by beating them 2-1 at Old Trafford.

The Seagulls are now sixth in the table, just one spot below Newcastle United after their thrilling Premier League season debuts.

So when are they playing and how can I watch it on TV? Here’s everything you need to know.

How to sign up to Sky Sports and Now TV

While it is free to watch Sky News Sports as it brings you the latest updates on Premier League fixtures over the weekend, detailed commentary on Gillette Soccer Saturday on Sky Sports is also available.

However, football fans are required to sign up for a Sky membership, which offers them a variety of options available.

For the first 18 months, new customers may get Sky TV and Sky Sports for £44 per month instead of $51 per month. The price includes a subscription to Netflix and a £20 setup fee.

Current Sky customers will pay an additional £15 per month for the cheapest option in the 2 for 1 Football Channel Offer, which is ideal for football-only enthusiasts.

If you want access to all eight Sky Sports channels, including Premier League, F1, and more, it will cost you an additional £25 per month on top of your current plan.

If you already have a contract with another provider, you can still sign up for a Now TV membership to have access to Sky Sports.

There are two alternatives available: a monthly subscription for £33 per month and a daily subscription for £11 per month.

On the Now TV website, a sports membership and another option will be displayed.

A daily subscription allows you 24-hour access to 11 Sky Sports channels, while a monthly subscription enables you to view all Sky channels on up to three devices simultaneously.

What could Newcastle United’s starting line-up look like?

The match against Brighton will see the absence of Jonjo Shelvey who is out of action due to his hamstring injury and Kell Watts for his knee injury.

It is predicted that the Magpies would use a 4-3-3 formation that includes Nick Pope, Kieran Trippier, Fabian Schar, Dan Burn, Matthew Targett, Joseph Willock, Bruno Guimares, Joelinton, Miguel Almirón, Callum Wilson, and Allan Saint-Maximin.

And as a tribute to Tyneside, the players will wear a special edition kit that displays the city skyline during the match.
